Our Teams

Find the rightteam.

  • Competitive Cheer

Our core program. Athletes learn motions, jumps, stunting, tumbling, dance, and choreography while competing at CHEERSPORT and Varsity events.

  • Tumbling

Progressive tumbling instruction from basic rolls to advanced passes. Builds the foundation for competitive routines and individual skill growth.

  • Stunting

Partner and group stunting fundamentals through advanced techniques. Athletes learn trust, timing, and teamwork through every lift.

  • Strength Training

Age-appropriate conditioning that builds the power behind every stunt, tumble, and jump. Functional fitness for athletic performance.

  • Leadership

Our Diamond Leadership Track teaches public speaking, goal setting, financial literacy, and community service project management for athletes 13+.

  • Conditioning

Off-season and in-season conditioning programs that build endurance, flexibility, and injury resilience.

  • Competition Teams

Organized by age and level (Mini, Youth, Junior, Senior). Teams compete at local and regional CHEERSPORT and Varsity events throughout the season.

  • Private Lessons

One-on-one and small group instruction tailored to individual skill development. Available by appointment for athletes who want accelerated progress.

  • Summer Camps

Week-long day camps combining cheer fundamentals, team building, leadership workshops, and fun. Open to all skill levels, ages 5–17.

  • Clinics

Focused skill clinics throughout the year — tumbling, stunting, tryout prep, and conditioning boot camps. Drop-in friendly, no season commitment required.

  • Mentorship

Senior athletes mentor younger team members through our Junior Coaching Program. Building the next generation of leaders, on and off the mat.

  • Community Service

Every Diamond Eagle contributes to their community. Athletes participate in service projects, volunteering, and outreach throughout the season.
