By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Registration and participation are additionally governed by the program agreements a guardian signs at sign-up.

This site is provided for informational purposes for families, sponsors, and community partners. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information through our forms, attempt to access non-public areas, or use automated tools to scrape content.

Registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian for athletes ages 7 through 17. Team placement is determined by staff evaluation of skill, age, and division availability. Submitting a form does not by itself guarantee a roster spot.

Registration fees are non-refundable. Monthly tuition is non-refundable after the first practice of the month. Uniforms and custom items are non-refundable once ordered. Competition, travel, and equipment costs vary by season and are communicated in writing before they are due.

Athletes, guardians, and spectators are expected to uphold our core values: respect, integrity, teamwork, and positive sportsmanship. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct endangers the safety or well-being of others.

Photos and video captured at practices, competitions, and events may be used to promote the program, subject to the media consent given at registration. Content on this site is owned by DeKalb Diamond Eagles, Inc. and may not be reused without written permission.

Competitive cheerleading involves inherent physical risk, including the risk of serious injury. Participation requires a signed waiver and current medical authorization on file for each athlete.

This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Schedules, fees, and event details may change. To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, DeKalb Diamond Eagles, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
